My daughter and I absolutely loved this food tour, especially our host, John! The places we visited were fun and different, the food was yummy and we had a blast with the other 6 people in the group. I highly recommend this food tour!

L. - What a nice way for Mom and daughter to just hang out together! Walk a bit! Taste a bunch of yummy treats! And, of course, there was the "sipping"! There is certainly nothing wrong with a couple of cocktails (and some bubbly!) on a wonderful Atlanta afternoon. Ha! You both were such a delight on the Tour as I saw lots of grins being shared around the tables as you all were up for the adventure! Thanks for taking a moment to write a sweet review! Speaking of sweets, I am wondering how long those "surprise" treats lasted??!! My best to you both!

I highly recommend the Peachtree Food Tour for visitors and locals. It was a great way to spend an afternoon! John is very personable and obviously passionate about Atlanta and great food. I enjoyed the history that John shared about the area; I grew up in Atlanta, but still learned quite a bit from his tour. Besides the restaurants that we visited, John offered plenty of insider tips on places to visit and eat at in Midtown and the surrounding neighborhoods. The food tour is fantastic way to experience the uniqueness of Midtown.

"The uniqueness of Midtown"! Thanks, Jessica, for the spot-on review of my Tour and my neighborhood. Yours is a typical comment (Hey, you locals out there! Please keep reading!) that even though you've lived in Atlanta for years, my yummy food adventure is really a re-discovering of Midtown. History you didn't know, restaurants that are new, and lots more reasons (World's Best Burger!) to come back to this section of Peachtree Street. For a team building outing on a beautiful afternoon, I'd have to say that the entire experience was time well spent with your colleagues! Let's do this again!

I am a resident of Atlanta and live a couple of miles from Midtown and I go there with some regularity. I was not sure if a food tour of Midtown would reveal anything I didn't already know of the area or the eateries therein. A team building event from work got me on this tour and I have to say that I was blown away at what I got to learn about food in my own backyard! Even when we visited a couple of places I have been to, I discovered plates that I didn't realize were what they were known for (I won't spoil the surprises!). Of course, I also got to discover some places I had not heard of that are places I will now likely return to. All the food aside, John, our guide, did a great job of properly introducing the Midtown neighborhood and its history as context for Midtown's food scene. John was very knowledgeable yet not overloading the group with trivia. John clearly loves his neighborhood and even gave us his reviews of places we walked past that were not being visited during the tour. Whether you are a tourist or a local, I highly recommend this tour to best get a feel for the area and its food!

Raul, A huge part of the fun on the Tour is that I love where I live! Although you live near my Midtown neighborhood, you really ought to consider moving! Be my neighbor! I'll help with the packing! I enjoyed our conversations, particularly the hiking adventures! Let's get together soon and compare notes….over some more yummy food in my part of town!
