Wow this was our first time going in a hot air balloon & our crew made the experience so enjoyable & reassuring to some of the others on board who were a bit nervous. Jonathan was absolutely the best pilot, He was hilarious, kind, & so enjoyable. Our driver Chris got us there safely & the rest of the crew including Justin & Elise helping with our takeoff & landing. We will definitely be coming back!! (& they take Apple Pay!)

First time in a balloon. Excellent service. Captain John and Crew Chief Jim were awesome. We felt very comfortable and taken care of. Plus who doesn’t love mimosas on a Sunday morning?? This is a must do at least once for everyone and this is the company to do it with!

This is an amazing company! We did the sunrise ride and my family and I were sleepy but they woke us up and entertained us so well. The actual hot air balloon ride was amazing. You see so many beautiful things and it’s not as cold as you would think. They make you feel safe and comfortable during your ride. Would 100% recommend to anyone who is looking into it!!! Also, I can’t forget to mention the food was great and the mimosas were even better. Treated us like royalty!
