This neighborhood and its cemetery tells the story of New Orleans from the Louisiana Purchase to the Civil War. Stunning antebellum mansions, lush gardens, unforgettable stories, and beautiful photo opportunities await! We keep our group size under 12 guests to make in a fun, personal experience.

Jackie was our guide for the Garden District tour, and she was just terrific. We selected Lucky Bean because of the emphasis on storytelling as a way of amplifying the tour experience, and Jackie didn't disappoint. She was knowledgeable, engaging and made the tour a lot of fun. We felt as though we got to know the Garden District, its history and the individual stories of multiple lovely old homes and their owners through the years. Highly recommend!

Josh was a great tour guide and spoke very clearly and knowledgeably about the history of New Orleans and the garden district. The pace was just right and he welcomed questions. Highly recommend this tour.
