Very upset. I love watching Casino, Good Fellas, the Departed and Donnie Brasco. Here we get into NYC was too early for the tour so we walked around and was even early to the departure place at Johns on 302 East 12th in the East Village. Waited outside for nearly an hour standing outside this resteraunt that didn't even open until 4. This tour guide is supposedly a retired NYPD guide which you would think would show up early considering we paid for this tour. Never shows and there is no contact information to call him to let him know we are standing outside 302 east 12th st patiently waiting for him with no where to sit down either. Had to call via tour to let them know he never showed up for his tour and definitely wanted our refund back. Highly upset because this was supposed to be my highlight of my day in NYC. And was only here for the day. If your not going to make your tour to paying customers you should at least contact them to let them know because we could've been doing something else. He really let us down big time and hope he reads this review so he knows it too.

Hi, my apologies. We were mandated by NYC and the US Government to shut all the experiences off due to COVID. No group events were allowed during the time you purchased a ticket due to NYC massive COVID infections. Unfortunately some tours relisted automatically without our knowledge. We expect to be able to run again beginning May 6 if the City allows for this. We will not know until an official announcement. If you would rebook I would like to invite you to attend at no charge- come as my guest. - Dennis

This was my first food tour with my boyfriend and it was an amazing experience. We tried the best salami, eggplant Parmesan, and best of all the best pizza! Ending with a delish cannoli I would give this tour a 10/10 and would recommend to anyone traveling to NYC!!!!

Awesome tour, tons of food...don't eat before you go! Great stories and Dennis is a great host. This is not a tour where you get a sample of things...this is full slices of pizza and full plates of eggplant parmesan. And the cannoli at the end tops it all off.
