Do not use this company there at mouse house operation. My wife just had knee replacement surgery 5 months ago and can use a regular bike. She tried using this E bike and it was very hard to use. We returned within five minutes and the guy would not offer us a refund of any kind. In addition, they charge a $500 deposit to hold on your credit card. Terrible company don't use.

1/3 of the price we paid last time we rented bike in central park...... love it... easy... open hour... we had a very good time!

Loved our bike tour in Central Park! We took a 2 hour rental, which gave us plenty of time to do a full loop around the park with time to spare so we didn’t stress about going over the 2 hours. Fun!
