The 2 hour tour was a great amount of time to explore Central Park. Location was a block from the park.

Do not reserve bikes online. This does not guarantee you will get the bike you paid for. We reserved two e-bikes and when we arrived at the shop we’re told there were none left. It is first come first served even though you make a reservation. A refund was offered but can take 5 days to go back into your bank. We opted to have e-scooters instead. We also had the pay $200 deposit and leave a form of id which is a bit over kill in my opinion. Test your bike / scooter before you go to far from the shop. We walked the scooters to the park because I wasn’t confident driving on the road and when we started off into the park my husbands didn’t work so he had to walk it back to the shop to change it. All that being said once we were off driving around the park we had a great time. When returning the scooters our ID was returned without any issues.

The experience in picking up and paying for the bikes was very easy- even smooth returning late. The only catch is that the Central Park doesn’t allow bikes in most of the walking areas. So it really helps to go a distance, but plan to get off and lock it up to walk around and see anything up close to enjoy the park.
