I had the worst experience on this tour. It was a total waste of time and $. We rode it once, and the bus driver switched from the red route to the blue route and never bothered to let anybody know. That meant by the time we figured it our, we were way out of our way, and had to walk miles to our destination. We tried to catch it two other times, and the bus just never showed, leaving us in the cold and wind for 25 minutes or so both times. . I have used other on off busses in NYC in the past, and they were great. I will never EVER use this company again and I would steer others away from it as well. That was $118 DOWN THE DRAIN!

Best time to do as less traffic. Great tour and saw a lot more than we thought. Well worth doing but wrap up warm.

Was told the tour began at 7 after walking for 20 minutes to arrive on time, we were given our tickets and told we had to walk another 20 minutes to get to the pick up location. So we missed the 7:00, long line for the 8:00 and we got the last seats. The headphones didn't work so we had no narration. It wasn't as long as advertised and took the same route to return so we saw the same sights again.
