You ripped my wife and I off! General admission was less then what you changed us and we are angry! The view was great!

The observatory was an amazing experience and a great way to view the city. We debated whether to go at night or in the morning, I am glad that we went in the morning as you have a better view of the city. At night we would have not seen the true beauty of New York. We allotted only two hours for the tour but we could have used one more hour to see everything.

It rained on us our entire trip so we were warned that there would be ZERO visibility should we choose to use our tickets to go up. It was our last day so we really had no choice. We loved that since most people were waiting for another day we didn’t wait in line for anything… just walked on through VIP style…lol. Once we got to the top we went for drinks at the bar and met Matthew, our bartender. He was so attentive and talked to us the whole time sharing stories about growing up there, giving us suggestions on places to visit and making us FANTASTIC drinks. We will certainly pay to take the elevator trip again to see Matthew! Thanks for helping us make the most of our experience.
