What a great experience. It exceeded all my expectations. The staff was great and very helpful. We did other excursions while on our cruise and this adrenalin pumping and educational raft tour was by far my favorite. Well worth the price and my opionion, compared to the glacier tours, ocean raft most likely could get away with charging more. :) thanks Heather, Ashley

Wow, is all anyone could say upon our return from the Ocean Raft Alaska tour in Skagway. What an adventure, that we would highly recommend. We took our 11 year old daughter and she had just as much fun and was never hesitant. The seats are unbelievably comfortable and the tour guides have fun showing all participants the Lynn Canal. Waterfalls, wildlife, including 4 humpback whales, and harbor seals were the highlights. Although the tour guides did include some great information on rock formations and other interesting facts about the land. We would highly recommend this tour on your next trip to Skagway.

What an amazing adventure we had with Ocean Raft Alaska! I found the excursion with trip advisor and am so glad I did. I was excited about going fast in a boat down the fjord with my 10 year old son and hoping to see some wildlife. It was so much more than that. The boat ride was fast and exhilarating but I always felt safe. The boat allowed close access to wildlife and beautiful waterfalls. Not only did we see a pod of three humpback whales, we were able to follow along at a close distance and see them surface and get great shots of them head to tail. We also saw an abundance of Bald Eagles, sea otters, and seals (both swimming and resting on rocks). Our guides were so informative, both about the animals as well as the fjord formation, waterfalls and surrounding landscape. Captains Ashley and Christian made this the trip of a lifetime. There is no possible way I would return to Skagway and not do this trip again.
