Join us on a breathtakingly beautiful, private and guided adventure throughout the Virginia Blue Ridge Mountains in one of our State-of-the-Art Overland Jeep Rubicons in total comfort. Your host will be a Terra Overland off-road Adventure Guide who will chauffeur the vehicle, share knowledge about your adventure, answer questions, and provide off-road driving instruction* and techniques necessary to traverse the particular terrain of the Adventure you choose.

“AWESOME” I have no other words that can describe this off road trip we took with Shawn and Dawn. Definitely upgrade so you can wheel one of these unbelievable Jeeps. There knowledge of the Virginia mountain range is incredible and you will get to adventure to areas that you would never see as an average tourist. The views we saw were spectacular and at one point of our adventure on an amazing ridge half the jeep is in Virginia and the other half is in WV. We can’t wait to head out again with TerraOverland possibly to camp for a few days. Thank you TerraOverland for the HIGHLIGHT of our vacation and for the respect you have for the forest.

Truly a lifetime adventure. Every year my adult sons and I take a week to re-bond. Well, this was our best – a week of exciting off-roading and camping. Off-roading is great but what made it unusual was Shawn’s knowledge of the area and his ability to find trails that have not been driven in years. This was not the standard tourist trip – this was a unique experience! Camping with Shawn and Dawn for 5 nights was spectacular – what a pleasure to be with them. I won’t forget cooking around the ‘skottle’ or how well we all slept in the Jeep roof top tents. Many thanks to Shawn and Dawn!

We had such a great time with Terra Overland! My daughter and I are both car enthusiasts, but had never been off-roading before. Shawn helped us both learn the basics of how to safely drive a Jeep in its natural habitat, while also teaching us about the local area and culture in the Virginia mountains. The obstacles were challenging and exciting for us, but not scary. Shawn was a calm and patient teacher as my daughter and I each got more experience behind the wheel. He also recommended some great restaurants for us to try during the remainder of our Virginia trip!
