Over the years we have done numerous ghost tours. I have never been so disappointed. Our guide Sunny was not very engaging. We had about 20 people in our group. It was difficult for her to keep such a small group together. The stories that she had shared might have been interesting if her tone wasn’t so flat all the time. All the stories were linked to the underground Shanghai tunnels and after a while it got very boring. One group left middle of our walking tour. This tour was definitely a tourist trap in the shady part of old town. I highly advise you to avoid this tour.
