This is on me, I booked last minute by accident for the wrong portland and sent a message to tour operator like, hey, I made a mistake, can I get a refund? It's not so much that I wasted money, it's more so that they didn't even respond. I would have been fine, in all reality, if they said, no, per policy we can't, sorry.

Just wanted to drop a line to thank Chris for a great hour on my tour. There was only myself booked on the tour which meant I had a 1:1 walk around the area and so the tour was more of a chat between friends, sharing stories and experiences. Please apologise to Chris that it's taken me so long to get around to doing this and pass in my appreciation for his work and the conversations and our which will live long in the memory. Oh - the Marlow hotel was a lovely place to start too :)

Brendan was a fantastic guide! Love learning the history of places that you don't get in a normal setting. I am so happy my husband finally decided to do a ghost tour with me took me 15 years to convince him and after the tour last night he has spent so much time looking up other tours close to home.
