Viator did not accurately communicate the number of bags to the driver. The driver was unhappy with this and didn't want to take us. It was 6 bags for a Suburban, I'm not sure why this was an issue. The bags fit perfectly fine but the driver told us it could damage the transmission. Something is wrong with their cars if a Chevy Suburban cannot handle 6 bags.

This place seemed reputable on line but after I booked noticed some bad reviews and was nervous. We booked private for manhattan to jfk. Driver arrived 5 minutes early, had a great attitude, packed the bags ways. Was a very nice Mercedes van. Dropped off us to jfk, no issues and with great service. Would definitely use them again. I think for private service they are excellent.
