A much better way to travel than the shared transfer if you can afford it. I was given a pick up of 2 hours after the time I would have been picked up for a shuttle transfer, this gave me extra time to enjoy NYC. Drive was helpful and friendly unlike the shuttle drivers.

Our driver Ali was punctual with our hotel pickup and managed to accommodate all our 7 suitcases and numerous shopping bags in the car boot of his SUV as if such a load was normal. He never complained about the awful rush hour traffic to JFK and entertained us with his CDs, including his self composed music. All in all an excellent reliable driver who made our departure home a bit more bearable.
