Our original flight from LAX to Newark was canceled so we took a different flight with a different arrival time. It was a terrible hassle trying to change the pick up time, with the Viator representative keeping me on the phone for over 40 minutes and telling me several times that if I canceled I would be charged in full because it was less than 24 hours prior to pick up. She didn’t seem to understand or care that the time was changed due to no fault of our own, but rather a change made by our airline (United) Further, were not told about the $22 toll from NJ into NY - the receipt for my Viator trip said paid in full so I assumed the total I paid in advance with Viator was the total amount to be paid. Lastly, our Viator ASKED us to tip him which we found to be obnoxious. We had intended to tip, but the fact that he asked was pretty obnoxious. I not be using Viator again and will recommend that family/friends do not use it either. So disappointing.
