We booked a large SUV JFK to Manhattan on Viator and got a confirmation email.
After arriving to JFK, I called the number they provided and spoke to a person who gave me instructions to meet the driver at a certain point, an hour later I got a call from a rude guy saying he has no cars to send and not to wait, when asked about a refund, he said it is up to Viator to refund you but Good luck with that!
We went outside at 1 AM trying to find transportation with three little kids and several suitcases and ended up splitting between an uber and a Taxi.
Very rude and unprofessional. The buck stops at Viator, they need to work with professionals only and should never allow shady people on their website.
