My family of five arrived at Newark airport expecting transportation which was pre-paid and prearranged weeks in advance. When we called to notify the company that we were here and ready to be picked up, they informed us that they do not have any cars for us. And that they were sorry. And that if I decided to cancel I may be able to get a refund. There we were, two adults and three kids standing at the airport with all of her baggage. Already paid $100 for a ride to her hotel. Now I had to get in line for a cab after waiting 30 minutes for the prearranged transportation which never came.
To make matters worse, the people at the transportation company were not overly concerned. And there a third-party that doesn’t even work for Viator. Who know who I was talking to. Absolutely ridiculous. Try a more reputable company.
