I've heard of horror stories about cab, Uber drivers in NYC so on our very first trip to visit the city, I have decided to book a private transfer to pick us up from JFK. Little did I know what we experienced was anything but pleasant. Our driver was very unprofessional, rude, and worst of all racist. He screamed at my wife and I, yelled at us and when I told him I did not appreciate his attitude, service, he cursed at us and used racial slurs. I don't know if or how Carmellimo screen their drivers but this is unacceptable. I was unable to take pictures, video of the incident but this happened on 9/29/2021 at ~3:00PM, Terminal 5 Arrival, JFK. The car was a black Toyota Camry, #1141.
