On our Secret Food Tour: San Francisco, the Mission District, you'll see how immigrants shaped the neighborhood by creating brilliant artwork, beautiful architecture and sharing their fantastic food! Originally home to Irish, German, and Italian immigrants, it is now the epicenter of San Francisco's Latino culture.

The Mission District is full of vibrant murals that offer a visual history lesson featuring themes ranging from cultural heritage to social-political statements. We will take a stroll through the neighborhood to get an up-close experience.

Our tours are more than just the food. Our local guides connect the dots between history, culture, and cuisine to provide you with a deep understanding of the Mission District's thriving culinary scene!

This was my first food tour and didn't know what to expect, but Charlotte made it wonderful. We took a walking tour of the Mission in San Francisco. The food, the history, and Charlotte were all first rate! I would recommend to anyone.

My friends & I took the SF Secret Food Tour on a recent visit to San Francisco. It was amazing!! Our tour guide, Charlotte, was super dynamic, engaging & knowledgeable about the food we sampled as well as the Mission District's art & culture. We had all ages on our tour & Charlotte made sure to connect with everyone to make sure their needs were met. One lady was a vegetarian & Charlotte had special food for her at each stop. The two wines we sampled were both excellent. In fact, I was able to find the red blend upon my return home at my local Trader Joe's! I can't give enough stars to how wonderful this 3+ hour food tour was. I highly recommend it. Food was superb, fun meeting travelers from all over the world & Charlitte made it a great overall experience. Thank you!!

Great time with Charlotte experiencing the different ethnic cuisines with 3 teenagers who also enjoyed themselves in the Mission District. Loved seeing the murals scattered through our walk. The best part was eating ice cream in the park at the end of our tour! Would definitely do it again:)
