While you have 2 types of tours, each are totally separate from one another. Direction for how one flows to the next was not explained in a clear and concise manner. Big gap of time between the 2 tours, which again, we didn’t know about until the end of the trolley tour.

We apologzie that this was not explained clearly. Depending on what time in the morning you take the tour determines how much of a gap you will have in between. We appreciate your feedback. Thank you for choosing Gray Line.

This was our first trip to Savannah. We loved The City. Boat part of the tour was better than the bus part. The tour started late because we had to wait on a late family. (Don’t be that person!) Kathleen chatted with us to fill in the time but her humor was dry at times. She kept asking if we were okay because no one was speaking. I think we all felt the same. Her narrative was informative but she barely slowed down enough for us to get a picture of most things, and she pulled up beside another stopped beside other large vehicles (another tour bus and Fed Ex vehicle) and gave a story about something that was blocked by those vehicles so we couldn’t see the point of interest. The seats on the bus are small benches with pads and a wrought iron end. Not really comfortable. However my advice would be SIT ON THE LEFT SIDE if you want to see the monuments at the squares. Boat portion was okay. It was nice to see the city from water, but the rest was just looking at shipping industry operations. If your budget is tight, you might want to spend the money elsewhere.

We apologize that your tour was delayed sue to a late party. The left side of the vehicle will allow you to see the monumnets and the right side allows you to get a better look at the arcitecture of the buildings. We appreciate your feedback. Thank you for choosing Gray Line.
