This was a total business transaction. We were supposed to be there by 11:15am, got there early only to find out that boat supposed to leave at 11:30am. Finally around 11:42 we left-- it's a 25 minutes ride to a reef. By the time we got there, switched to another place, there was just around an hour of snorkeling time. The reefs were amazing, but i can't say the same about the crew. Young guys, the only thing that were uttered from their mouths were instructions, regulations and rules. Seemed they were weary of tourists, only wanted to be over with this trip so they could hoard next group on the boat. The only exception was Cutler -- new guide. I think he should get his own boat and guide tourists, he was so friendly and entertaining, he was the only one making our group of around 25 feel special and liked :-) The boat was very nice, the reefs were gorgeous, but i am giving this experience OK rating because that was not nearly enough time for me to snorkel and the crew didn't talk to us.

Before addressing your concerns you had with your experience with us let me firstly apologize that our trip fell short of your and our expectations. We are a small family run business which allows the majority of our crew to work full time, this way we can quality control our safety and customer service experience that customers should receive on all our trips. We prioritize making our trips personalized and a highlight of vacations, choosing us for your Florida Keys experience is far from a business transaction to us but a memory. We will speak with the crew on board the boat the day of your trip and make sure they know the feedback you have provided and address areas we can improve. Regarding our check-in the time we have it listed at 11:15 as it offers time to fill out waivers, use the restroom, change and be sized for gear without being rushed onto our experience, our departure time is 30 minutes after check-in at 11:45. We will review our itinerary we have posted on Viator & Trip Advisor to make sure this is more clear for the future. We list on the booking page that we visit two sites for 40 minutes each site and a 25 minute ride to the first reef site from our shop, but we will review and make sure those details are more apparent as well and check the log for the trip times on the day of your experience with us. We are pleased to hear that you did enjoy your time on our new snorkel boat, reefs and with our newest Captain in training Cutler - we will pass on your compliments to him! There were 8 of us in our group and we had a great time. Boat staff were super nice and helpful. Snacks and water were also a nice touch.
