Experience the Sonoma wine region in a unique way – on a San Francisco-style trolley, for an open-air ride through rustic, sun-kissed Sonoma Valley. Stop at 3 different wineries to sip and swirl fine Northern California varietals. This open-air trolley will let you experience the picturesque vineyards like no other tour. On this tour, your friendly and knowledgeable guide will take you to three wineries for tastings. You will visit Sonoma's top historic landmarks and enjoy lunch during one of the scenic stops. The tour starts at 10:00 and and ends around 4:30.

Our guide Paul did a wonderful job, taking our small group into four different wineries. Lunch was at Buena Vista, California's oldest winery. The others were much smaller and quite wonderful, and we had special attention at all four because of the tour. I learned things and went deeper into the history than I ever could have managed on my own. I'd recommend Sonoma Valley Wine Trolley to anyone.

We really enjoyed This tour. We purposely went in the middle of the week to avoid crowds and we ended up being 2 of only 4 on the trolley. So it felt like a private tour! The driver Paul was a great host and you can tell he is well liked around town. Each Winery was welcoming and friendly and we were treated like vip’s. We may have gotten more attention due to there only being 4 of us but I still would have enjoyed it with a larger group. It was fun to do something other than a van or limo ride, the weather was perfect for the open air seating and we enjoyed the extra history we learned about Sonoma. Lunch was tasty catered sandwiches and water was available on the trolley. Annette at Paradise winery was the highlight of the day! This is a great first tour for anyone new to Sonoma, we appreciated the pickup/drop off at our hotel also. Thanks Paul for taking good care of us, we would definitely do this tour again!

This was my second time with this company, and we loved it! Paul, our driver and tour guide, was fabulous and took very good care of us. Loved the wineries in the tour. The trolley is a fun way to travel through this beautiful wine country.
