The entrance of SUMMIT One Vanderbilt is located on the Main Concourse Level of Manhattan’s Grand Central Terminal, inside Vanderbilt Passage.

All SUMMIT tickets are timed. You MUST arrive at your scheduled time, which is indicated on your ticket. SUMMIT operates at full capacity. You might not be able to get in if arriving more than 20 minutes after the time indicated on your ticket.

Any late arrival is subject to availability and a rescheduling fee

Children age 5 and under are free with accompanying paid adult
Dress appropriately to avoid unwanted exposure on glass and mirrored floors. We recommend wearing pants, shorts or tights when possible.
Wear comfortable shoes. Stiletto heels, steel toe boots, sports cleats and other footwear that can damage mirrored flooring are not permitted.
Outside food and beverage, smoking or e-cigarettes, large packages, suitcases, or weapons of any kind will not be permitted beyond the security checkpoint.
There is no storage for person items. Large bags, large backpacks and luggage are not permitted.

The weather was foggy so we werent able to see the amazing views 😣. Usually the views make the experience. It was complete fog so not the best photo opp. Kids loved the balloon room and we're excited when they saw their faces on the clouds. Overall great experience minus the weather.

To many people admitted into rooms at one time. It felt over crowded and took away from the experience.

Views were amazing, would have undoubtedly been a 5 star experience however the viewing deck was fully closed due to icy weather. Although I understand the weather is outside their control, this is a big part of the attraction so I think there should be some compensation for part of it being closed.. security staff at the door at the deck were very unhelpful and gave no information. Even if they offered hot chocolates or something- very poor to simply take our money and not mention it when we entered.
