Creative thinking and design went into the concept, but overcrowding and poor user experience ruin the potential.
Clearly a lot of thought and good intention went into setting up this attraction. However in the end it is remembered as a rushed, confusing experience with no fewer than 5-10 wait lines, including a line to use the exit elevator.
We got lucky with good weather, but the cloudless skies mean you are cooked like in a greenhouse in the morning.
Selfie and social media obsessed people have no consideration for others just wanting to enjoy the experience by living it - the way it's meant to be experienced. Your friends can't appreciate it via a foto, so stop ruining everyone else's experience!
I understand that it is a business but the level of money hunger by the operation is way too obvious and a turn off.
Again, it's hard to not love the NYC skyline view and that will amaze you, but be aware of what you are getting into, read some medium or negative reviews.
