The entrance of SUMMIT One Vanderbilt is located on the Main Concourse Level of Manhattan’s Grand Central Terminal, inside Vanderbilt Passage.

All SUMMIT tickets are timed. You MUST arrive at your scheduled time, which is indicated on your ticket. SUMMIT operates at full capacity. You might not be able to get in if arriving more than 20 minutes after the time indicated on your ticket.

Any late arrival is subject to availability and a rescheduling fee

Children age 5 and under are free with accompanying paid adult
Dress appropriately to avoid unwanted exposure on glass and mirrored floors. We recommend wearing pants, shorts or tights when possible.
Wear comfortable shoes. Stiletto heels, steel toe boots, sports cleats and other footwear that can damage mirrored flooring are not permitted.
Outside food and beverage, smoking or e-cigarettes, large packages, suitcases, or weapons of any kind will not be permitted beyond the security checkpoint.
There is no storage for person items. Large bags, large backpacks and luggage are not permitted.

This is the BEST viewing platform in NYC!! Get a ticket for sunset on a clear day & you will be astounded by the views on all platforms. When you get to the top & watch all the lights ini Manhattan come on with a cocktail in your hand, you will never want to leave. It was a magical evening that we will remember forever. The only downside is that it was absolutely freezing outside with the wind blowing out of this world & you have to go outside on the deck to get to the exit on the other side which was quite scary due to the power of the icy wind. Apart from that, I’d still highly recommend this experience.

Please be aware Summit one is currently shut. This was not clear at the ticket machine and we bought tickets which defaulted to next week when it is open again - no use to us because we will no longer be in NYC. We are currently being told these are non refundable which seems very unreasonable.
