It was a fun and educational day at Universal Studios. But, it was too expensive, including food and drinks. Also, the only ride my kids wanted to ride was the Harry Potter ride. After being in line for two hours, we were near the front of the line, the ride breaks down. I feel the staff did not handle the situation well. They were very unproffessional! Instead of telling us, the ride broke, everyone needs to leave and give those of us in the front of the line fast passes, in case the ride starts working again later...instead of doing this, the staff says “it is your choice to stay or leave, we do not know when this will be fixed, but if you choose to leave we will not give you fast passes. So, all of those in the front did not know what to do. That choice gave us hope that it may e fixed soon. We all stayed in line much longer in hope that this tecnical issue would be resolved soon. After a very long time, my family including three children, decided to leave and they were very sad about it and I was furious on how the staff handled this situation.
We paid expensive tickets because this Harry Potter ride was on top of our kids’ list to do at Universal Studios.
Very disappointed!!
