Обзор
Thousands of mule deer, elk, moose, big horn sheep and bison migrate into the valley in search of food each year along with coyotes, fox, bald and golden eagles, swans, and even packs of wolves. This gathering of wintering wildlife makes winter one of the best times to view wildlife in Jackson Hole!

After a full morning in the field we will enjoy lunch together at a local eatery before heading back out for the afternoon. When available, we will take a horse drawn sleigh through the National Elk Refuge into the middle of the largest wild elk herd in North America. Following the sleigh ride, we will head back into the field to spot more wildlife.

**Sleigh rides are optional.

  • Private safaris have no age minimum.
  • For groups of 14 guests or less: We have a 48-hour cancellation policy for all single day safaris and a 14-day cancellation policy for all 2-3 day safaris. For multi-day safaris of 4 days or more, we have a 30-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made before the policy goes into effect will receive a full refund with no penalty. Cancellations made within the cancellation policy period will not be refunded. For groups of 15 or more guests: We have a 30-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made before the policy goes into effect will receive a refund minus a 10% fee. Cancellations made within the cancellation policy period will not be refunded. We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance before your departure to protect you from incurring any costs associated with unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from joining us.

Our three day safari met and exceeded all expectations. We were pampered and escorted three full days. The days were filled with so many unbelievable spectacular views and wildlife. Toby is the best. He is so knowledgeable about Yellowstone and helping us get some fantastic photos. Phenomenal Trip—highly recommend.

Jeffrey was a wealth of information and knew all of the "honey holes" to find the wildlife we were searching for. An excellent value, this tour was personalized to our requests. Highly recommend for all the nature lovers.

We had an excellent day with Dwight. We started off shooting images of a Cow Moose and her 2 calves. This was followed up with a Sow Black Bear and her 2 cubs. We then shot Bison and Pronhorn. This was followed by a Gray Fox and a spectacular lunch at Jackson Lake. Dwight was not only extremely knowledgeable on the local wildlife and their behavior he was very helpful with his photography tips. Additionally, he was very knowledgeable and interesting in the local geology, and lore. We couldn’t have gotten a better guide and had a more enjoyable day. Very highly recommend Dwight and Jackson Hole Wildlife Safaris!
