From pick to drop off, the tour guide and driver were friendly, courteous and informative. A fun way to see the main points of interest in Miami! They also went above and beyond and mailed some stuff that got left behind in the tour bus!

Its a great boat tour good value. One thing, in the afternoon bus tour the stops are mixed times, too long in some and not enough in others but it is a good way to get a flavour of Miami

We saw parts of the city that we wouldn't have seen otherwise. The bus was super comfortable. Place and time for lunch was excellent. The timing of the steps of the tour, smoothness of transitioning from the bus to the boat, back to the return home van was great. I would definitely appreciate more information: historical, architectural, cultural and so on. For a time that we spent on a bus I definitely expected to hear more and learn more. The boat part was just great.
