The City Tour Miami Plus needs to do a complete itinerary on stops as it shows on the page (complete in stops and times in stops). They don't answer their phone, and as many times I tried to leave a message the answering machine was always full. I wrote to them an email with my comments and concerns and so far I haven't received a response.

The trip was well organized—it flowers easily from one area to the next, hitting all the highlights. There were lots of opportunities to walk around and get photos. The guide was extremely knowledgeable about the sights. Then there was a very enjoyable boat trip, again with a knowledgeable and entertaining guide. We took the trip for an overview of Miami, but got so much more.

Stay away. Absolute horrible. I’ve been to Miami several times and done tours before, this was by far the worst experience. Our tour guide was not friendly first of all. Meet up directions we’re at bayside marketplace front, we couldn’t find the guide or signs of the tour company anywhere. After asking several people, we were finally able to get on a bus. We drove by brickell, stopped at Wynwood for 15minutes , then went to little Havana for 30min , and were then taken back to original meet up. Meaning; they did not take us to the full itinerary. We didnt go to coconut grove or coral gables, and we also didn’t get to stop at any of the places for the amount of time stated on the itinerary. The tour guide only spoke while we were on the bus. But told us to leave the bus, wander and then come back. Meaning - no tour. If it couldn’t get any worse, it was pouring raining by the time we got back to meet up spot. We were told we had the option to redeem boat ticket for a different day. But then, when she told us to wait. She went and printed everyone’s ticket, handed it to us and said to get on the boat. It was thundering and lightening and we did not feel it was safe to do so. When we asked her she had the most disrespectful attitude towards the entire group. And simply walked away - disappeared - she didn’t even get on the boat. There are so many tour companies in Miami, do your research. Miami is stunning! And tours are great and most definitely recommended. But NOT WITH THIS COMPANY.
