The trip was very enjoyable, I would have preferred maybe a little more time at the areas we stopped such as Windwood and Little Havana, but I fully understand the reason for the quick stops to pack in as much as possible. But overall the tour guide (Julian) and driver (Rafael) were top notch

Seeing different sections of Miami. Driver could have explained what we were driving past a little more, but he did a good job. The boat ride was interesting, but it seemed like they were more interested in getting a tip then actually doing there job.

This bus tour with Jose was absolutely exceptional. His knowledge of the area and his customer service were the best I have ever had on a tour. Would highly recommend them, hands down and the reason they got 5 stars. However, the boat tour, which is not owned by their company, was absolutely abysmal and I say this because I own boats. First and foremost, the crew were rude, unhelpful when it rained on the seating, didn’t walk around to see if anybody needed anything or offer to bring drinks to the customers upstairs as the steps were wet and slippery. The narrator harped on about tips for over 5 minutes and was extremely rude to me when I decided they did not deserve a tip and passed nasty comments to me. The boat was leaking from the top deck, down through the light and speaker fixtures in the galley. We got bombarded by some group trying to sell tours and farm our information, under the guise of giving away free trips as soon as we embarked on our tour. One person in our group decided they didn’t want to purchase the photograph we were almost forced to pose for upon boarding, and when they told the photographer no, she ripped it out of their hands in disgust. It was a horrible end to a perfect day and our guide Jose assured us that he would voice our concerns to his manager, as this was not the first time these issues were noted. I looked for the boat’s USCG COI and it was not posted anywhere either. I’m not sure of the Boat tour company’s name and hope that the City tour company list it in their response to this review, so nobody else ever has to experience their substandard boat, or service.
