Easy, no hassle reservations. Andrew and Charles were superb(kept the day moving and fun). Traveling via clean air conditioned bus, being able to see the sights and relax versus driving was the smart move. Thank you

Hi..it’s not a complain but I am not happy with the tour because of the way the visits are arranged. In the itinerary it was clearly mentioned that the Hoover dam will be visited in the morning. We were happy seeing it before our booking because that time the temperature use to be normal and we have a 3 years old daughter. However, it was visited in the afternoon around 2:00 pm and the place was very very hot and we had to come back immediately and couldn’t get any time for photo shoot or anything else.Further, the tour was completed 1 hours before the schedule so we had enough time to visit this place in the morning. We planned West rim because we had the opportunity to visit both Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam. So, I hope next time the visit will be properly managed. Although I have no personal complain to the guide and the driver.
