Great food at reasonable price. Had salad, pizza, hamburgers and drinks. All delicious. Service good. Lots of people celebrating birthdays and having fun

Had plans to celebrate a birthday that got derailed by a missed train and the family and I were near Grand Central and starving. The kids wanted burgers so we decided to give Hard Rock a try. And I am glad we did. Burgers were tasty and they had a great variety. Our serve Lanita made our 11 year old feel extra special for her birthday and made the experience even better for her with brain testers, trivia and loads of smiles and good energy. Price point was higher than we expected but Lanita made it all worth it. Looking to visit the one in AC after our experience here.

As a regular visitor to the Flagship first Hard Rock Cafe in London I made a point of staying in the Hard Rock Hotel, Times Square for my first ever visit to NYC. The hotel and the quality of service is FANTASTIC!!! I just wish the same could be said for the Hard Rock Cafe a few blocks away. As a solo traveller I made sure I did not visit during the peak lunchtime or evening periods. I arrived at 5.00 pm and the restaurant could be seen from the desk and looked relatively quiet. I asked for a table for one and was met with a horrified look and an immediate “we have no tables for one and it will be at least an hour wait “! The guy clearly did not wish to let me have a table for one and couldn’t have made this any clearer! I queried this as the restaurant was quiet and was told I could wait at the bar in the hope that I could have a table after one hour! I am a 68 year old female who really did not wish to sit alone at a bar for over an hour so I left extremely disappointed. The staff of the Hard Rock Cafe Times Square really should take a good look at their customer service. I will never be back to that location on future trips but will definitely stay at the excellent Hard Rock Hotel where the staff are wonderful!
