I’m going to start by saying my review is more against Viator the HRC. They sell this as a 2 course ‘Acoustic Menu’ meal, main, side, desert snd soft drink, and on the site, and the mains are a burger, ribs, salmon, veggie option etc. it’s not. You can order a burger, whether it be beef, chicken, pulled pork. The rest of the menu is not included. I don’t eat that stuff, and if I’d known this was what it was I’d never have booked. After faffing around for a while as I hadn’t printed the voucher out (in the small print but who wants paper copies these days??) I was ready to leave after being told we couldn’t have what we thought we had purchased. We’d have been better off walking in off the street. In the end, my husband had a burger and fries and the manager kindly let me choose something off the starter menu, so I had nachos. We declined the desert and soft drink, but had already ordered a cocktail (payable as an extra) each. The management waived the charge for the drinks. It’s not the staffs fault for this. I blame this on Viator who are selling something that you just can’t get.

Had a great burger with the family whilst in New York, with great service. Really enjoyed it, plenty to eat and despite being Times Square wasn't too expensive!

Really good meal in Times Square We stopped for lunch and had burgers, steak and ribs between us. Hard Rock Cafe is never cheap but the food was good and the service was exceptional. Huge shout out to Lanitta who kept the kids entertained with her riddles and tips on great stuff in NY to do as a family
