The 8 mile whitewater stretch through the Snake River Canyon takes you through mix of calm sections where you'll be able to take in the scenery and wildlife, and exciting rapids. On this smaller 8 man raft your paddling skills will be put to the test as your guide leads you into the big waves of Kahuna and Lunch Counter, so be prepared to paddle hard and have a blast getting soaked!
Guests 16 and over will be charged a $3 Bridger Teton National Forest User fee at check in.

  • During the call our office staff will review check in procedures of the day to help limit the time spent inside our office. This may include signing e-waivers for everyone and paying for any wetsuit rentals in advance.
  • You will be getting soaked on this trip. So wear items of clothes that are not made of cotton, synthetic clothes are best!

Such an awesome experience! We had so much fun during our whitewater rafting trip and can only highly recommend it! Our guide was Zach and he made us laugh, put us at ease, and was so personable and knowledgeable, we enjoyed it tremendously, definitely the highlight of our stay in Jackson. A big Thank You to the whole Dave Hansen team!

Our whole trip was great!! There were 6 of us, 3 brothers and their wives. We decided to book a small boat and it was a blast. Keren was our guide and she was amazing not only with her knowledge but with her dad jokes along the way. This is the Whitewater Raft company that you need in your life!! You won't be disappointed and you will get soaked.

Great experience. Everything ran smoothly and on time. Staff was friendly. Trip down the river was fun & beautiful. I would say it s about 90% calmer waters & drifting down the river & then 10% going through the faster rapids where you need to paddle & get a little wet. Kids would enjoy & can do it. Also there was photographer taking photos at one part of the ride & they let you know so you can look at the camera. Was able to buy pics which was great cuz the don’t recommend taking phones on the raft.
