If you've been on an underwhelming stressful rafting trip before you must know this company is completely different!! From check in to check out the staff was accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our bus driver kept us entertained with stories and tips about the area. Our guide, Mackenzie, did an incredible job keeping us all safe on the rapids. Her experience on the rapids really showed and helped ease my nerves almost instantly. We saw eagles, ospreys, and other wildlife along the way that Mackenzie was knowledgeable about. The entire process from check in to getting on a raft was streamlined and much quicker than I expected which was a huge plus. We rented wetsuits and are glad we did as the water was VERY cold and you will get wet. There were kids in the other rafts and they all did fine, I imagine this would be a fantastic family activity. Overall I can't wait to go again; I chose the shorter trip because I'll admit I was a little nervous but next time will definitely spring for the longer one! Thank you all so much!! We will be back!

Thank you so much Nikki! McKenize is certainly a star and someone who we are waiting will sign her 10 year contract any day now:). Its also great to get the feedback about our entire staff...office and bus drivers. We are always trying to make the check in process as fun and seamless as possible. The wetsuits are always great...the best way to fully embrace the trip for sure! Have a great rest of your summer and look forward to seeing you all again on the Snake River sometime soon! Our family of 5 had a blast! And our guide Roger was awesome! Highly recommend! Our smallest kid is 10, she paddled half the time and rode up front the second half.

We had a fantastic time white water rafting. I was apprehensive because it was cold and rainy, but Dave Hansen White Water rafting had wet suits - including boots - to help keep us warm(er). It turned out to be great because you're going to get wet anyway! Our guides - Alex and Veronica - were fun, knowledgeable and led us expertly along the Snake River. The scenery is beautiful; it's the perfect way to experience it. A bit of advice: if you're going to do this on a really cold day, you might check into some neoprine gloves. The guides shared theirs with us and it made the ride much more comfortable. Also, you might want to bring along a towel to dry off after the ride before you change. Dave Hensen is very organized and professional company. Would definitely recommend!
