We are pretty confident that this 8-mile stretch of whitewater has the highest concentration of laughter in the state of Wyoming. With class II and III rapids such as The Lunch counter and The Big Kahuna, and even an underwater waterfall aptly named Champagne, this river will thrill and delight you. And with inspiring limestone cliffs, hills of Lodge pole Pine, and the mountain peak horizon of the Grey’s National Forest, the scenery will surely impress you. We had an awesome time with Dave Hansen Whitewater. From Hanna our reservation specialist, to George our bus driver (and character), and on to Hunter a very good guide we had a blast! The entire staff was accommodating and fun. It was our grandkids first experience rafting as well and I'm pretty sure they will be back. I find it interesting that some of the reviews downgrade their experience because of the river and its condition at the time of their trip. Dave Hansen Whitewater can't control the river they simply raft it. Give them a break. Raft On!!

We are so glad you and your grandkids had such a great time and we look forward to taking them down the river again!

I want to start by saying that George our driver is one of the sharpest and the funniest people I've recently met. He should do TED talks when he's not driving. Other than that the whole exprience is well managed. Our guide McKenzie was awesome! Don't look anywhere else.

We had a fantastic time on our trip down the river! Our family of seven ranged in age from 11-71, and we all had such a great experience! We took a smaller boat, and TRAVIS was our guide. He listened to our questions, answered our concerns, and got everyone situated where they needed to be for the best trip down the river. He was clearly experienced and knowledgeable and made sure everyone got to participate in the adventure. Some reviews have said this trip was "too calm," but it was just the right level of excitement for our varied ages and limited experience. Exciting and fun, but not too overwhelming for our younger children (or their mama!). Excellent trip!
