The Mardi Gras School of Cooking does small, intimate hands-on classes in the French Quarter. Classes are more like a dinner party with friends. Feel welcomed into our kitchens by the Chefs themselves. From the moment you arrive until you roll out the door our Chefs are friendly, personable and entertaining. Not to mention their culinary skills are impeccable.

Our minimum class size is 2 people. A solo traveler may join an already scheduled class. Call us to hear about the available classes.

For parties of 8 or more, you will have to contact us directly to book. We have questions.

Wow! Our chef was David and he made it really fun! We loved that it was hands on, relaxed and we learned a lot about cooking cajun food and the history behind it. We were laughing the whole time. I highly recommend it!

Cooking the meals and getting special tips off Chef Preston was great. The time went so quick but an enjoyable time. The food was amazing!!!
