This was a real treat for us on our trip to Newport. Justin made this tour lots of fun and got us access into places you wouldn't be able to see on a typical tour.

Very unprofessional. I highly recommend anyone else to skip scheduling a tour online and go find a pedicab ‘driver’ yourself. We arrived to the location at our appointment time to find three pedicabs, none of whom had been informed we had prepaid for a historic tour. They kind of rock-paper-scissored for us and we went with the [nice] person who did a quick phone negotiation with company owner. That driver was renting the pedicab from the company for the evening with the business plan of gathering walk-by clients, plus tips. Total tour wasn’t even an hour and there was very little historic information imparted to us. I’m embarrassed by how much we overpaid through TripAdvisor. Like I said, peddler was very nice to me and my 2 daughters (10 & 15). I hate seeing the peddler get ripped off by the pedicab company. At the end of our ride, this lovely person even said, “well okay we’re all done now and you’re paid up, except for the tip!” I hate to see anyone in a position in which they feel compelled to ask for a tip.

I was booked to take this tour however I tried numerous times to contact them by phone & email to ask questions, & never got contact from them. I contacted Viator & they tried 2 times to contact them as well with no luck. I ended up canceling your.
