We were really excited about this tour during a short work trip in town. Unfortunately, the pedicab never showed up. I called the company and left several messages- no luck and no call back. I am glad I booked through this website and they handled the issue quickly and I received a refund. It is just really disappointing.

Driver did not show up. I expect a full refund to my Amex card. Did not. show up, Driver did not show up. We were left waiting in the lobby . I called driver because he called me to confirm at 1 pm,so I had his number but when I called he did not answer Regards , Bob Brescia

Worked out great and was a great way to see and learn about the City. We were on a cruse and had to find her at the drop-off park and she was able to leave us at one of the homes we wanted to go through.
