The guide was a 10, but the 14 Person van was a 2. It was cramped, and felt like it didn’t have shocks, the ride was so bumpy, squeaky, and noisy, - not at all deluxe. The box lunch was a turkey sandwich on whole grain bread, sun chips, an apple, and cookie. There were 3 other options of hummus with a nice selection of veggies, a Ceasar salad, or chicken Caesar salad. The meals were picked up at one of the stops, so they were fresh. The knowledgeable guide, had made more than 1907 trips to the Grand Canyon so knew all of the best viewing spots. The captain chairs were too close to each other and the seats, although they could recline were still not that comfortable. I wouldn’t call it deluxe. The positive points were the lunch, which other tours don’t provide, the Grand Canyon, deer, animals, and the guide. If you can stand 13 hours of a noisy, bumpy, squeaking door ride, it’s a good tour.
