It was clear that the guide did not naturally know about the attractions and was reading from a script.

The tour guide that day is actually the tour guide trainer and the individual who wrote the script for the recording. She trains tour guides about NYC. I am surprised you did not find her to be informative. We welcome you to come back.

The boat was ridiculously late and the lady said “it’ll get here when it gets here i can’t make it go any faster” not to mention they DO NOT tell you that you have to be vaccinated to ride until after you wait over an hour for a boat and get to the front of the line.

You never actually went on the boat. The description on the boat is very hard to believe since you did not have a vaccine card. It is a Mandate to have a vaccine card when going to activities in NYC. It is on every website and there are signs everywhere on the pier.

It is short and exciting trip for quick view of statute of liberty, Brooklyn Bridge etc. The guide was fantastic and explained every place in detail.
