This was terrible. The ferry never showed, we still were charged and they won’t refund us. When we spoke to the tour guide they had no idea what was going on

We apologize, there was a hurricane on the east coast Hurricane Ian and with heavy rain it is a different experience. We hope to see you again

It was a 38 minute ride out to the statue of liberty and back (60 minutes is in the title of the event). No narration or information about anything that we passed, limited seating. Did not meet our expectations.

Travelled to the other side of New York for this experience to be told 15 minutes prior to boarding that the sailing had been cancelled. No one thought to email or call us informing us prior to arriving and the previous sailing was also cancelled. Very very disappointing!!

Biden surprised visit in lower NYC and coast guard closed water for national security. We offered everyone to return for not fee.
