Very enjoyable short cruise around San Francisco Bay. We liked to see the Golden Gate, Alcatraz, the beautiful SF skyline and even some dolphins. Worth the price.

I only went on this ride as it was part of the CityPass booklet but I didn't realise that it would be pre-recorded and that a lot of the time we'd have passed the items they were narrating about. Save your money and do another tour instead if you ask me.

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the recording. Having a recorded tour allows us to provide the tour in 9 different languages for international travelers and passengers can listen through their own mobile devices facilitating better audio. We appreciate your feedback.

The boats are nice and well kept. My issue was the tour was prerecorded and didn't always keep up with where we were. They have of course a bar on the main deck. But I was expecting a bit more. The recording was explaining things that weren't there. No one to ask questions to just a plain boat ride

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the audio. We have found that having a recording facilitates more passengers hearing the audio because we it enables passengers to listen through their own mobile devices. This also allows us to provide the tour in 9 different language for international travelers. We agree that there is nothing better than a personal tour guide, but since the sound is not consistent everywhere on the boat and we have a lot of foreign passengers, we needed to find another solution. Thank you for your feedback. We take it seriously.
