The guide, Kevin, was very knowledgeable, informative and engaging, especially when giving a shout out for the dogs lost. Very moving at times but also forward looking. A tribute to those who died, and those affected by 9/11.

No one in the museum was talking Kevin , our guide, telling the story of the man making eye contact with the female who had to jump from the side of the building.
