I found the frequency of buses are less compared to other buses and after 6 pm it is very hard to find big bus on any route , due to these issues I was not able to utilize my night tour ticket apart from these it is really good for future they can improve upon this and also bring Empire state building pass along with package I took deluxe pass but not able to go for empire State building which is not good for a Traveller

I’m in New York at the moment and have had the day from hell on this tour service waited over a hour at 9.30am for a bus as all the buses were full by the time they got to me at Empire State Building well after a day of waiting around for a bus every time we wanted to go somewhere else .we finished up at the staton island ferry bus stop after 6 buses going passed us as they were full and waiting well over a hour we finally got on 1 of these buses with the rudest tour guild I have ever met .when we got to Times Square 10 blocks from our stop she told us all the tour had finished and had to get off everybody got off except for me and my family I told her I wasn’t getting off and she shouted at me get off my bus I still said no it’s not my fault I had to wait over a hour as your buses were full and I’m not walking 10 blocks down to your incompetent bus company she then said she was calling the police on me I have never been spoken to like this in my entire life and think she needs some customer service skills !!!!!! The only saving grace to this nightmare was the manager who boarded the bus and ask what the problem was I told him and he said no problem and got a driver to drive us back home I wouldn’t recommend these people to my worst enemy

Good Afternoon Suemalyon1, It is disappointing to hear of the challenges you had. We, at Big Bus, our customers are the top priority and we sincerely apologize. we understand your time is important, and we always plan for additional buses during busier times to avoid extended wait periods. Our tour are designed so our customers can utilize it in any manner they’d like, we can’t force passengers which route to take or when to hop-off. Unfortunately, we did also experience major delays due to city events out of our control. Whenever we have to change or alter a route, or close a stop completely, we only do so once mandated by the Dept. of Transportation. We post these changes on our website and app under “Service information” All of our guides and agents are aware of these changes and should be informing customers also. Outstanding customer service is a top priority, and we expect every employee to treat each guest with the utmost courtesy, professionalism and respect. Any other behavior short of exemplary, is unacceptable, and will not be tolerated. We take complaints like this very seriously, and appreciate if you can provide a name, description, route, location and time to [email protected] so we may further investigate and ensure proper action is taken. We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations, but with the feedback you provided, we will continue to strive to be better, and hopefully meet your expectations next time you visit New York. The guide on the first bus we rode was difficult to understand as he did not speak clearly. I don't even remember his name because I did not understand it. We got off at the first stop and waited for a different bus. On the next bus we had Mark for a guide. He was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and liked his job. He took the time to walk around and find out where some of his riders were from. Due to construction, we spent too much time sitting in traffic and Mark did what he could to keep talk about the city.
