While the view is certainly impressive and worth a visit, the experience was disappointing because of how rude, sarcastic and unfriendly so many of the staff were at the section where you queue. They spoke to everyone as if they should know exactly where to wait, stand and walk, but there was so little signposting and the first part where you get queue is not at all intuitive. You need to make it much clearer and understand that while it's obvious to you as someone who works there it clearly isn't to people visiting. People deserve some kindness and respect, not being hollered at and patronised. Re-consider the signage and train the staff on customer service.
I want to stress that the staff on the upper floors were much nicer and generally friendly.
