I purchase my tickets to go with my family and enjoy the amazing and unique experience this was supposed to be. After waiting in line for almost two hours, without any communication of any type from the staff we go in, just wanting to get out, to find anither 30-45 minute line to exit. This is unacceptable, this should’ve been my choice not to come had I known there was going to be this long of a wait. Apparently two elevators broke down and no one advised us of the situation. We couldn’t cancel, we did not know how much longer we had ahead of us, nothing. We had to even cancel our already paid dinner. Horrible organization, and I feel like I should get my money back since there were no expectations ser since the beggining which is my right as a consumer to know whether I wanted to stay or not. Please provide me with a phone number to put a formal complaint.
