Received my tickets through email but the next day when in the city and at Edge to enter, could not get my tickets on my phone, just had a number. This was very inconvenient when only one person was behind the desk to help and then waited for almost 1/2 hour to finally be helped and my tickets were found. Has to be a better process. Should never have not had my tickets on my phone, had them the day before when I bought them. Close to asking for money back for the inconvenience.
Once we got up to the observation deck, I was glad I did not ask for money back. I treated two of my childhood friends to this experience and it was spectacular!
