First of all, I have been to several of the observation points in New York City and I definitely think this is the best one to go to.
I have even been to Windows of the World back in the day. The views around the city are truly incredible.
All the people that gave this venue one star or two stars I think are grossly misguided and uneducated on how to book a tour. I booked the Express ticket. It’s not that much more and it’s totally worth the money. When we got there, there was the usual mob scene of that people talk about, however, I went to the front of the line showed my express ticket and was personally escorted by one person to be the next person on the elevator. Two of us went up to the elevator, road to the top, spent as much time as we wanted to viewing the city and then we’re told to tell the elevator operator when we’re ready to come down and we would be the first people to come down. Doing it this way is no stress and made the whole experience much more enjoyable.
Great attraction. Do it right and don’t sweat it.
