Pros: The Edge is huge, so even tho there was a lot of people, ot was easy to take pictures and ot wasn't crowded. Lots of great food options in the building, too.
Cons: The customer service was really lacking there. Where you get a Viator ticket, it doesn't scan in there system so they send you back up to the front desk where you have to call viator, get someone on the phone to validate it was really paid for, give your phone to the front desk people to speak with them and then they hand write a ticket for you grumpily. There was a whole line of people doing it for every 3rd party site. And all of the people working there make you feel like you've done something wrong and it's all your fault for inconvenience them. Security is also a little aggressive, they broke the zipper on my purse during the screening, which was annoying.
